Join us for the first ever Aesop winemaker dinner outside of California, hosted by Aesop winemaker Tres Goetting. Tres focuses on telling stories of terroir and his winemaking craft as a way to bring people together around food and wine.

Founded and fueled by the love of wine and storytelling, we connect around the table to share our passion for winemaking and the vineyards from which the wines were born.

About the meal

Chef Ryan Nelson inspired three course dinner perfectly paired with Aesop wines. As we begin the evening, we will be pouring the 2017 Rosé. The meal starts with the premier showing of the 2018 Rosé. The evening will continue with the second course paired with the 2017 Pinot Noir finishing the dinner with the 2017 Grenache.
